Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

US Shipping

Standard US shipping is $9.99 for the 2-bottle starter pack. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages ship free within the continental United States.

Estimated US delivery times:

• Continental US: 5 to 7 business days after processing
• Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days after processing

International Shipping

Vivalis ships internationally to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated international delivery times:

• Canada: 7 to 12 business days
• UK, Australia, New Zealand: 10 to 14 business days
• European Union: 10 to 14 business days
• Other countries: 12 to 21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your package.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact support@govivalis.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

Address Changes

To change a shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@govivalis.com. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be modified.
